Kirsty Tyler
Kirsty Tyler has been an integral part of Chapman Dental Solutions since 2017 and is responsible for the overall operations and development of the practice. With a background in both education and dentistry, she brings a structured, commercially focused, and proactive approach to leadership, ensuring the business operates efficiently, remains fully compliant, and continues to grow and evolve.
As Practice Manager, Kirsty oversees all key areas of the practice, including compliance, governance, marketing, digital strategy, systems, and daily operations. She leads on operational performance and business development, driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, patient experience, and long-term practice growth. Her approach is hands-on and strategic, with a strong focus on strengthening systems, improving processes, and identifying opportunities for sustainable expansion.
She also coordinates internal workflows and treatment planning processes, ensuring seamless communication between clinical and administrative teams and supporting a consistently high standard of patient care.
Kirsty holds a BA (Hons) in Primary Education from the University of Sunderland (2:1) and a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing. This blend of skills enables her to effectively bridge operational, clinical, and commercial priorities, playing a key role in the ongoing success and development of the practice.
Based in Sunderland, Kirsty enjoys family life with her husband, two children, and their Sprocker, Frankie, and spends her free time travelling, enjoying days out, and socialising with friends.
